Giacometti Institute: the restoration of Paul Follot’s sets
The Giacometti Institute opened its doors in Paul Follot’s former mansion house.
On this occasion, our Workshops restored the three main rooms of the private mansion as well as the alcove where Paul Follot, architect and decorator, master of art deco, worked.

These sets, protected as Historic Monuments, have been preserved in their original layout, constituting a homogeneous and unique decorative ensemble in France.
After a study of the woodwork by the design office, the restoration workshop was commissioned to carry out the restoration of the decorations in the entrance, living room, dining room and alcove.

In parallel, the manufacturing workshop completed the restoration of the exterior and interior joinery, the restoration of the ceiling of Paul Follot’s workshop and the creation of stairways.
